Our History

Since 1984, The Meat Shoppe, Inc., founded by Rick and Judy Keller, has been a trusted name in Nebraska catering. After 30 years managing events at the Gering Civic Center and over 40 years in business, Rick and Judy retired from the catering side in February 2024. Yet, their legacy lives on through The Original Prairie Gold Seasoning, a blend perfected over decades.
