Our Master Meatcutter,
Rick Keller, only uses tender-aged, U.S.D.A. Choice Rib Eye Steaks.
The ribeye is a rib steak without
the bone. It's considered the most flavorful
of all
beef steaks thanks
to
a natural "flavor kernel" that runs throughout it.
Rick then
hand cuts each steak to guarantee you receive the perfect
steak every time. These
steaks are guaranteed tender but you can
choose to enhance the flavor by adding
our Prairie Gold Seasoning.
There are many choices when ordering our U.S.D.A. Steaks, either seasoned with our Prairie Gold Seasoning or unseasoned,
and 12 ounce or 16 ounce steaks. You tell us your preference and what address to ship the steaks to.
